Our Staff Couselling packs are ‘Pay As You Go’ packages. These are ideal for small, medium and larger organisations that want to provide a safety net for your employees, but without committing to a yearly EAP plan.

Therefore, this is a great way to introduce an Employee Assistance solution within your organisation. For instance, you can assess the service usage frequency. This will help you know whether an EAP would be right for your organisation and if so, which EAP yearly plan would be the most suitable in the future.

Online and Face to Face Counselling

Staff can book an online counselling session at a convenient date and time. These are usually delivered via Google Meet however another platform could be used. All our therapists who deliver online session can also be reached on our telephone counselling platform.

In addition, our face-to-face counselling is provided at a convenient location. The waiting times range from 5 to 7 working days depending on location.

To clarify, many of our face-to-face therapists can also be reached on our telephone counselling platform for added convenience.
